Terms of Service
Flowers are all DIY ("Do It Yourself") and need to be self-arranged with the exception of pre-assembled garlands. Care and arranging instructions are provided inside every order’s box. They are also available online under 'Arranging Instructions.'
Shipping is free on all orders. $299 minimum purchase required sitewide.
Kukka reserves the right to make changes and substitutions. Since we are working with a fresh and seasonal product, substitutions may be required. All substitutions and changes are put forth as a last resort and only when the reasons for doing so are necessary for customers to receive the highest quality product. If a certain bloom is unavailable or the flowers are not in their best condition, they are swapped. Any substitutes will be matched with an original order and of similar price range.
Customers are responsible for accepting their shipment. Our shipping providers do not require a signature for delivery. Kukka is not responsible for shipping delays as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact shipments. If there is a delay, the most likely scenario is that an order will arrive the next morning. Customers are to contact Kukka as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with an order. Photos of flowers need to be included.
All cancellations must be emailed to hello@kukkaflowers.com at least 30 days before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations that are requested 15-30 days out incur a 15% processing fee. Cancellations that are requested within 14 days of delivery incur a 50% processing fee.
